On the day of service, customers will be informed of the name of the dealership employee who will be arriving for pickup, including a notification when they are on their way. They will receive updates via phone, text or e-mail to keep them informed of the progress of their auto service. Their vehicle will be delivered back the same day, or as soon as the service is complete.
